SEI is providing the source for the following open source projects:

	The General Polygon Clipper algorithm in Java (GPCJ) is an algorithm developed by Alan Murta to find the union, intersection, exclusive-or, and difference of complex polygons. SEI converted this algorithm to Java.
	SEI has also developed an extension to JFreeChart that provides a polar plotting capability of (theta, radius) pairs.
